A: Wheel regeneration waste heat recovery

To ensure low humidity in a low humidity and clean workshop environment, the energy consumption of the rotary dehumidification unit is high, with the energy consumption of the rotary regeneration and fresh air refrigeration dehumidification accounting for the largest proportion. Denis Environment applies regenerative waste heat recovery and high-temperature heat pump combined cooling and heating technology to dehumidification units, achieving optimal operational energy consumption while ensuring production processes.

The waste heat recovery of the rotary wheel regeneration adopts an efficient plate heat exchanger to recover and utilize the heat from the high-temperature regeneration exhaust of the rotary dehumidifier. The heat exchange efficiency can reach 60%, effectively reducing the energy consumption level of the rotary wheel regeneration system of the dehumidifier. The energy consumption required for regeneration can be reduced by up to 30%, while reducing the discharge temperature of the treated air and reducing the energy cost of post cooling.

Heat pump combined cooling and heating energy conservation refers to the need for a rotary dehumidifier to freeze and dehumidify the fresh air in the system during operation to reduce the humidity of the fresh air and create favorable conditions for the next step of rotary dehumidification; At the same time, it is necessary to heat and heat up the regeneration treatment air of the runner. The use of high-temperature heat pumps can achieve simultaneous cooling and heating, with a comprehensive energy efficiency ratio of over 6.0. B: Upgrade of fan motor system

The EC (Direct Current Brushless) fan adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor with an electronically controlled stator magnetic field, while the AC induction motor has a voltage induced stator magnetic field.

EC motors can be controlled through pressure sensors or manual potentiometers (0-10vdc or 4-20mA), with a control range between 0 and 100% (without induction). Upgrade the old fan with the original 3kW motor using EC fan; By upgrading, the power consumption is only 1.6kw; EC fan installation is flexible and designed with a movable base, which can discharge vertically or horizontally according to standards, creating more possibilities. Even if the installation space is particularly compact, it is still applicable.

The upgrade includes removing the original fan box, modifying the air duct, installing EC fan components, modifying the original fan switch cabinet, disassembling and processing the fan contactor, and installing potentiometers. Save 50% of energy costs after upgrading.

C: Super strong dehumidifier seal

The Denis Environmental Dehumidification System adopts a unique frameless air conditioning box, which improves the dehumidification performance and durability of the unit.
