Ultra low dew point dehumidification engineering solution

In the manufacturing process of lithium-ion batteries, the impact of environmental humidity on the safety and consistency of electrochemical performance of lithium-ion products is crucial. The humidity in the production environment of lithium-ion batteries must be strictly controlled from the mixing process to the liquid injection process. Usually, a combined rotary dehumidifier unit is used to control the temperature and humidity of the environment.

The ultra-low dew point dehumidification project of Denis Environment can provide a comprehensive and systematic solution, mainly including the use of ultra-low dew point rotary dehumidification units, which can achieve an environmental dew point temperature of -50~-80 ℃; The low humidity workshop of lithium-ion batteries adopts a highly tight enclosure structure, with an air leakage rate of no more than 1%; The lithium-ion battery low humidity workshop adopts high tightness air duct specifications to ensure that the air duct leakage rate is not greater than 0.5%; We have established strict company standards for dehumidification units, low humidity clean rooms, low dew point air duct conveying systems, and low dew point enclosure structures to ensure quality consistency in equipment and engineering implementation.

Denis Environment also pioneered the addition of a combination of air conditioning vertical cabinets in ultra-low dew point environments (patent: an energy-saving and noise reducing vertical air handling unit), which can greatly reduce the initial investment cost and operating energy consumption of the entire dehumidification system, and has been favored by many customers.
